I had a look in the manual, and I couldn't see it, but what is the Take Off/Go Around button on the yoke bound too? The command I have bound for that atm, just sets Go Around on the TMS.

@melon Are you referring to the red autopilot disconnect (AP) button? That can be controlled using the TOGGLE DISENGAGE AUTOPILOT or SET AUTOPILOT DISENGAGE assignments, and will also be triggered if you use the TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER assignment to disconnect the autopilot.

@martyn Yeah I believe that is the right button, pressing it before take off sets the FD bars centred and the horizonal one at like 10-15 degrees up or something.

TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER engages the Take-off/Go-around functions?

@dresoccer4 No, I think @Martyn misunderstood what I meant, maybe? Or I wasn't clear enough. I don't want to disengage the AP, I want to press the button to align the FD bars for take off, like what happens when you press it manually.

The command assignment/binding shown in the screenshot below will duplicate the yoke AP button functionality, which is used to engage the GA mode, when the autopilot is OFF. The GA mode can be disengaged with FS Bars switch, or by pressing SYNC twice. Page 31 of the JF-146 manual explains the GA mode operation.
