TACAN is still not working properly

TACAN is still not working properly since a very long time and it is very infuriating. It is the only navigation equipment (beside the very barebones gps), therefore it is essential, but it is still reverse-sensing in some situations. It shouldn't be hard from dev side to fix this, (and even if I'd be happy to help, unfortunately the TACAN needle logic is in a WASM file which mean I cannot provide a fix for it).
Repro steps:
- Spawn at an airport with VORTAC (TACAN might be ok too, I tested it at LHKE)
- Slew away from the VORTAC so you're North-West from the VORTAC (in my case KET)
- Tune VORTAC (88Y in my case), and start turning the OBS
As soon as the OBS is rotated from 00 to 359, the sense line reverses and deflects the other way, see video https://youtu.be/a0fi0EmPrcQ. This way when the plane is North-West, only one side deflection is available on the needle, which makes this useless for navigation.
