Incorrectly Modelled Turbo Arrow III Cockpit Placards and Airspeed Limitations?
-
I just wanted to get some opinions on this observation I made after looking through the pilot's operating handbook for the PA-28R-201T (Turbo Arrow III). It appears that the values shown on the cockpit placards are inconsistent with the values shown in the POH.
A couple of the airspeed limitation placards shown ingame
Airspeed limitations shown in the POH:
Low quality photo of the same area in a real Turbo Arrow III. You can sort of see that the values align with what is listed in the POH. Also notice how the white arc in the ASI goes to 103 knots, which is the Max Flaps Extended Speed for the Turbo Arrow III. Ingame, however, the white arc goes to 108 knots, which is the Max Flaps Extended Speed for the Turbo Arrow IV.
And these discrepancies can be seen across all of the various placards found in the Turbo Arrow III. It appears that these values are the ones used for the Turbo Arrow IV, not the III. This brings up some questions...
Is there something I am missing here or were the airspeed limitations for the Turbo Arrow IV just copy pasted into the Turbo Arrow III without considering to adjust the values to be in accordance with the POH? Is the actual flight model for the Turbo Arrow III using the speeds for the Turbo Arrow IV? For example, the Never Exceed Speed for the Turbo Arrow III is 183 kts. In game however, the Never Exceed Speed says 193 kts.
I'm hoping that there is just something I am missing, because otherwise it seems like the accuracy of this specific aircraft is now hurting with these observations.
