I found that pulling the Instrument panel circuit breaker also disables the land light, even though the land light has its own circuit breaker which remains in, not a major problem.

Thanks for reporting this. We'll include the fix in the next update but in the meantime you can paste this file into the Arrow III aircraft folder to fix it: systems.cfg
