    Hi JF!

    Thanks very much for the update to Traffic Global.

    Sadly, the update has pooched my existing installation! I uninstalled the previous version, then followed the standard installation routine for the new version. Now, TG gets to the "Opening" screen, then crashes to desktop.

    Luckily I still had traffic BGL's from the previous version that I had created the night before - so I can still run with traffic, but as of now I cannot re-compile, change schedules, etc.

    Any ideas and/or suggestions ? Yes - I had AV off, ran the application as an admin, etc. Also installed, uninstalled numerous times - all to no avail.

    Thanks in advance, and hope you're all well!

    Mark

    I just realized I should have mentioned:

    P3D V5
    Win11

    Sorry!

    Your best bet would be to contact Just Flight support. They should be able to help with this kind of thing.

    @derek

    Hi Derek,

    Thanks very, very much for the insanely rapid response!

    I'd figured that would be the comment.

    I have traffic working - I'm not going to worry about it until the next time I have to recompile :)

    Thanks again.

    @bunkiester

    Just in case anybody comes here with the same problem.

    In my case, the issue was having run Dell's "Support Assist" application, which in the process of installing updates, also removed all registry entries for P3D, all JF products, etc.

    Re-installing P3D (and most importantly recreating the registry entry) brought Traffic Global back to life :)
