Arrow III AP in MSFS

Just Flight Arrow III AP works well in MSFS 2020 (after some help given here), and follows the flight plan created in Little Navmap - BUT... for the third flight in a row all goes wrong after the first waypoint has been passed. One time the plane just simply turned around, the other 2 times it just went off in the wrong direction. I'm taking part in 'Around the World in 80 Days' so I'm making some longish flights (for a GA plane). Anyone got an idea what the problem might be?

@clarkac It just happened again! This time about 22 miles away from the airport - instead of turning correctly at the waypoint the AP1 instead turned the plane around 180 degrees.

Are you using the GPS100, GNS530/430, or GTN750/650? If you're using the GNS 530/430, and you don't have the pms50 mod, I would highly recommend it as it solves many issues including a flyback bug which sounds like what you're describing
