Uninstalling and Reinstallation

Hi,
I'm using P3Dv4. In an attempt to import additional aircraft I replaced my version of TG with the latest 1.1.2.3 (6). However the new version is still picking up some aircraft and flight plans from the old version, none of which appear in the TG or My AI flight plans.
Apart from the default locations which are prompted during the installation process, in my case C/ Programme Files (x86) and D/ Documents, does anyone know if additional files are stored elsewhere?
Im happy to submit a ticket but there is usually a delay in receiving a response.
