@flyme2dunoon Ok - thank You. I will to try Yours trick. Today as I take-off from ENTC (Norway) I was suprised because everything went very well so take-off 1/10 was succesful. I did everything as I have been done before so I don't know about where is the problem. I had full fuel tanks.
Yes - I'm read a few forums but I didn't found any real fix but mayby we get it from MSFS team - who knosws...

@retiredman93231 Thank You, too. I tryed the rudder trim yestarday without succeed but mayby I turn the trim to wrong direction. I am just PC Pilot and mayby I should check a few You Tube videos if there is some information.

@dosendo All single engine propeller driven aircraft will tend to turn (yaw) left during takeoff due to engine torque, so a small amount of right rudder is usually required to keep the nose pointing straight down the runway during the takeoff roll, and also during the climb up to cruising altitude. During the climb out you should apply enough rudder to keep the ball centered on the turn coordinator gauge.

@dosendo Also, remember that you can easily over power this turbocharged engine on takeoff if you advance the throttle too far. Reduce power if the over boost light comes on, and only use the amount of power required for a safe takeoff within the available runway length, and the airports density altitude... Max power is rarely required.

@dosendo Well - as I got one problem solved an other occured. After take-off I try to trim aircraft that is very hard because ac going up & down althougt trimming very light hand. Then I set HDG & AP ON and aircraft leave my hands and crash.
I'm a little bit confused because this plane seems to be very nice if it works as should be. I don't know about where is the problems are but this kill my hobby now.
I use CH Products Flight Sim Yoke and Pro pedals that are worked very well and checked setups from sim.

Also a recent issue. But is easy to fix by working it like you work on a real Piper.
Line up with runway, press brakes. Increase the throttle to 40 MP (do not over boost the engine) let the RPMs go up and once settled, release the brakes.
Apply right rudder and keep the AC in the center line. Watch the speed come alive, rotate at 75KIAS. And pitch for an airspeed of 87KIAS.
When you are 300’ above the runway, press the brakes and bring the gear up. When you have surpassed all obstacles, bring down the Throttle to 33.8 MP, and bring the nose down, accelerate to 97KIAS. Keep that speed and HAND FLY the plane up, turn your landing lights off and the Boost pump off, I dont lean the mixture as I go up. You will need to watch your MP: the value will decrease as you climb, stay on it and keep it at 33.8
200’ before your cruise, bring down the propeller to 2400 RPM.
Let the plane accelerate to cruise speed, be sure that you trim trim trim until the Piper flies hands off.
Be sure that the HDG bug is on your course. At that point activate the AP and turn the HDG mode. The plane will be subtle and won’t do crazy stuff.
Never turn the AP close to the ground. In real life APs can fail too and send you nose first into the ground. You need altitude to be safe.

I'll try this what You wrote above. Maybe biggest problem with this aircraft is that I don't know if all problems are my side because this plane is as close as possible a real plane or ASOBO/MS is done their magics via updates.
If I can be sure that the aircraft works every level as it is planned by developer it is much easier to find solution all those problems I have.
Take-Off go very well - aircraft not go left or right and I don't have any idea about what fix this problem.
Ok - I concentrate those AP and trim problems now following Yours advise...

@dosendo Well - I made a short test flight (PAJN - PAGY) and everything go very well to a cruise level (2 500 feet) then I put AP -> ON and HDG -> ON and relax to watching a landscape.
After a few minutes aircraft turn hard to left, lost keeping altitude and swooped donw towards sea. I got plane to my control and back to flight level. Then I try AP again -> AP ON -> HDG ON. Plane start same oparation again - I take cotrol again and after that put HDG first ON and then AP ON and now rest of the flight went OK.
Odd behaivior I would say...

@dosendo Make sure the ROLL knob is centered before turning on the autopilot... When the HDG switch is OFF, the autopilot defaults to ROLL mode and will bank if the ROLL knob has been turned. Also, it is good standard procedure to always set the heading bug to your current heading, and turn the HDG mode ON before engaging the autopilot.

@retiredman93231 Thank You! Yes - ofcourse check the ROLL knob but may I ask that what to do if I pushs electrick pitch trim button ON or I leave it OFF?
