Cockpit view flies to outer space

Worked fine - logged many hours on it.
Now view (no aircraft) starts in outer space cockpit view Rotating over earth. Drops down to earth in external.
All other aircraft is OK. Including Arrow IV . This applies to Arrow III only

Uninstalled PA 28 turbo twice -
Deleted my Piper keyboard and joystick mapping.
Checked that PA was gone from MSFS.
Checked community folder for PA folders.
Restart PC

Downloaded and reinstall (strange it does not ask for password activation).
Checked that different aircraft works OK with default keyboard/joystick setup.
Selected PA 28 in hangar - but the bug is still there.
