The mixture lever is not working.

After SU5 the lever does not appear to have effect on fuel flow. And when I drag it all the way down, with the lock off, it does not kill the engine.
This is for the Arrow 3. I think I have the latest version.
Does anyone else have this problem?
A less important issue, I also lost the key binding/joystick button to release the parking brake.
