Version 1.1.2.3 Importing New Aircraft

Has anyone had any success at importing new aircraft to TG? They can be flyable or none flyable models. This opens up the prospect of adding hundreds of new models and liveries from sites like ATCO, JCAI.DK and Juergenbaum.
I have given this a go but have so far failed. Probably down to an issue on my part.

I also gave it a quick try without sucess but I have long since lost all interest....If you raise a support ticket we should be able to help. Our support team have specifically tested this feature for the latest update. Not that we'd necessarily encourage the importing of 'foreign' objects into TG. As the saying goes, who can improve upon perfection? :-)

I have submitted a ticket, but it would be interesting to hear if any other users has had any success.
