There are train and route errors on my TS2020

    I installed "China Railways SS7C Electric Locomotive + ChengYu Part 2 route and Rolling" on steam TS2020. However, after I activated the vehicle in the editor, SS7C could not display the body of the vehicle. Only the cab will show. From the outside, you can only see a coupler, which is active but not displayed. The line is also, no rail no scenery, all is a piece of white. Is it compatibility? Or is there a problem with the installation package? I hope someone with experience can give me a solution, tks!!

        Thanks for your reply! However, I still haven't found the solution I need in the link you provided. I feel that this problem may be a little difficult to deal with

            @melomelo You submit a support ticket to the team, they look into it and get back to you. It's not email but it's not online chat, we don't do that. If the product you're having issues with isn't listed in support, just open a new support ticket (towards top of the page) and it will get through to the support guys.
