However, after I activated the vehicle in the editor, SS7C could not display the body of the vehicle. Only the cab will show. From the outside, you can only see a coupler, which is active but not displayed. The line is also, no rail no scenery, all is a piece of white. Is it compatibility? Or is there a problem with the installation package? I hope someone with experience can give me a solution, tks!!</p>

It's not email but it's not online chat, we don't do that.  If the product you're having issues with isn't listed in support, just open a new support ticket (towards top of the page) and it will get through to the support guys.</p>
