no sync in network resp. by using smart copilot

In the desciption of Traffic Global we can read: "Networking support included as standard"
I fly together with friends using smart copilot. We all have purchased Traffic Global.
But unfortunately the traffic isn't synced via network. Each player sees another situation. The needed port is opend at each router/computer.
Also, there is no transparency which computer is master or slave?!?! Has anyone an idea to get synced aircraft traffic?
