Linate should have traffic. Are you using an add-on version of the airport or default?

@Vic I only see 4 aircraft and basic X-Plane airport

I can only agree to the TO. There is no traffic at LIML, neither on default nor on any addon scenery, even though there are tons of parking spots available. The schedule says no incoming nor any outbound traffic. Possibly you could review the airport and check whether there is any traffic in your flightplans to LIML. This is the first major airport where I encountered this.
