Minor issues with WBSim C172

Since version 1.0.9, I encountered 2 issues:

It is now impossible to test engine cut. This is part of the standard procedure before shutting down the engine, you must set the magneto to OFF to make sure it stops the engine, but before having the engine stopped, you must set it back to BOTH, this is just a test. Then you shut off the engine by pulling the red mixture lever.
With version 1.0.9, the engine stops immediately when you set magneto to OFF, making this test impossible. It used to work before. -
Nose wheel control is very sensitive on ground, much more than before. When doing a U-turn at very slow speed, I almost crashed the aircraft. I understood this and now I just do moderate rudder movement, but I am not sure it is very realistic. In real life, when I was flying, I used to apply full rudder for a U-turn on the runway, very slowly of course.
