PA 28R ARROW lll/lV no landing gear controll?

Hello nice to meet you all my PA 28R ARROW lll/lV has no landing gear control? (sidewinder pro) has been calibrated and highlights the correct icons when pressed but after take off at the correct speed makes the sounds red light comes on then goes out but no raised landing gear? cannot move the landing gear lever with my mouse either .can you help please.
