Can’t accelerate to more than 60kts

Can’t accelerate on take off roll to greater than 60kts. Full power and prop full forward. Have 3000 rpm and 25 mp. No flaps or brakes. Can’t get airborne.

Very occasionally, I have this and it's because it hasn't loaded fully the first time. 'Escape' then 'Restart' usually fixes it for me, assuming you're in MSFS.

Sorry, just realised this is about X-Plane... doh! But I think the same applies - my TB10 in X-Plane sometimes needs reloading.
