Hello! Sorry for not replying earlier - I've been away from home a lot. Yes, I definitely bought the standard VC-10 from you - I can give you the order number if you require it. I've checked my junk folder but nothing there.

I wonder if there is a problem receiving emails from you to Outlook and Firefox. I tried four or five times to re-register for this new forum but never received any of the emails. I had to start a new account ( Paul_K instead of the old Paul K ). Might be a related problem.

I did receive the discount email. But while transferring my email to a new client it disappeared. I have put a ticket in about this but thought that it might be worth mentioning here too.

Yesterday, on Face Book, they announced that it would be out in the next day or two? So here's hoping for it by the weekend.

I am very keen to purchase the upgraded VC-10 but I do not appear to have received any discount email even though I purchased the original VC-10 from JF soon after release in 2017 (have also checked my junk mail). I can provide my order details if you wish although I didn’t know if I should post these on here. Advice would be welcome as I wasn’t sure if I should open a support ticket for this query.
