    Greetings! I purchased this product with great expectations ! but all came to naught after I installed and went to my home airport " TTPP"to discover not a single representation of any airline in the region. I quickly got over that and reached out to one of the members here and he was quite happy to oblige to get at least two airlines painted and sorted, thanks "royaloak". I set off to have thigs tested and ATRs have no gear touching the ground whilst parked their taxing backwards, taking off is sometimes rather odd and JetBlue is parked and taxis with nose in the air, just to name a few. I open a ticket that has never been acknowledged or responded too, quite unacceptable. This is not what I bargained for and hope you guys step up and do whats right for the customer. I don't mind an assurance that things would be adjusted but at least acknowledge the folks concerns. Much Thanks

          OK - will check the status of that ticket but there are going to be some airports in the world that don't have a lot of traffic.

          When did you buy the product BTW? Just checking you have the latest version.

            I purchased it right here at justflight and don’t get me wrong I understand that some airports won’t have much traffic but when I think of regions and representation I think it falls short where some consideration could be given in terms of customer reach. In other words doesn’t matter where you are in the virtual world one can identify at least one major airline that services that particular territory as opposed to just all white substitute liveries. Just food for thought.
            Btw my ticket was opened 10 days, 10 hrs ago. Thanks

                  OK - you have the latest version. There is another update due out in the next day or two. TG features about 600K flights and 1500 liveries but it doesn't cover many regional carriers and as CAL has only 17 aircraft it may not be featured.
                  NB - you should have had an acknowledgement reply to your ticket but not sure we will have a fix for every missing airline.

                  The taxi behaviour etc is being improved all the time.

                    Ok I look forward to the update as im guessing you’re already aware of the plethora of issues so no need to go into them again as it relates to the ticket it says being processed since the date I opened it, that’s about it. Thanks for your response here on the forum, greatly appreciated.

                      Has the update addressed any of the issues you wrote about in your ticket? I have checked the ticket status and it is down as 'closed - Derek replied in forum'.

                      Just to reiterate about liveries. Traffic Global doesn't feature the airlines you mentioned - it's simply impossible to provide liveries for every airline in the world. That was never our intention. However, the selection included should provide realistic air traffic, around the world, out of the box. If there are massive gaps in coverage we will aim to update accordingly, but, a lot of what we can do does depend on user feedback/demand.

                      There will be another update released shortly to address a few more issues and we intend to continue updating the program continuously - in much the same way as X-Plane itself is updated.
