    On Fokker F50, (PW turboprop) you should avoid power set at transition between beta and flight power. This is due to propeller vibration. (Edit: Maybe I remember wrong - It could be area near flight idle - decades since I worked on F50)
    Is the same advice valid for TBM too?

    • And is it possible to move backwards with reverser?

    @eker
    Watching both the Justflight info video, and 737ng driver detailed test flight, there is no restriction in low prop rpm area.
    Without gates in our hardware throttles, I am glad BS simplified the beta range, in ground fine pitch (in air) you certainly hit the wall and drop out of the sky. Excellent decision by the developers..
