This is due to propeller vibration.  (Edit: Maybe I remember wrong - It could be area near flight idle - decades since I worked on F50)<br />
Is the same advice valid for TBM too?</p>

Watching both the Justflight info video, and 737ng driver detailed test flight, there is no restriction in low prop rpm area.<br />
Without gates in our hardware throttles, I am glad BS simplified the beta range, in ground fine pitch (in air) you certainly hit the wall and drop out of the sky.  Excellent decision by the developers..</p>
