Flaps and slats problem

Whether I use cold and dark or ready to fly the only part of the flap / slats that move is the two inboard sections of the flaps cockpit indicators show all moving but no visual movement. I reloaded the aircraft a few times changing the selection of fsx boxed or SE but no change.
I have reloaded the non pro version and all works as advertised so assume it’s something in the pro model(s). The cfg entries look the same so it’s not that.
I have raised a ticket for this but while waiting I thought I would see what the community thinks.
