Today I purchased traffic global for xplane 11. I installed it but the plugin is not seen by xplane.It's not in the plugins menu. I uninstalled and re-installed multiple times.I can't get it to work. Can you help ?
I found this in the log:
C:\X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/Traffic Global/64/win.xpl : Error Code = 1114 : A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.
can anyone help please ?

Hi Derek,
I heard from support yesterday.They gave me a new win.xpl to try .I tried it and it didn't work. I replied to them immediately but they never got back to me. Do you by any chance have any news for me ?

@Vic Your best bet would be to wait until Support get back to you and see if they can come up with another fix.

Of course I will.But. Do you know if they are working on it ? They simply sent a fix and vanished (even if i answered them).
I bought the software on saturday and I didn't even manage to enter the serial nothing because the software doesnt start. It's depressing.
I hope I won't have to ask for a refund.

They are looking into it, but it is night time in the UK at the moment so will probably look again tomorrow. I am going to bed myself, shortly. The only other example I have seen of this problem is in the XP.org forum and other users have not had much luck fixing it for this person. I suspect it is down to a conflict with another program, but it is a weird one as no-one else apart from you two have experienced it AFAIK. This is not going to be a simple fix with only two cases to look at:

Just to let you know that I am having exactly the same trouble.
In my log.txt file it says
"D:\X-Plane/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/Traffic Global/64/win.xpl : Error Code = 1114 : A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed."
The TG support team tell me they are working on fixing a number of bugs and expect an update in a few days. Let's hope it's not too long. -
There have been a few updates since then. If you still have this problem your best bet would be to contact support via the ticket you originally raised and tell them it is still an issue. AFAIK this was not something that was ever 'fixed' as it wasn't an issue caused by the program as such. However, support should be able to give you a more definitive answer.

I got a refund a while back because support couldn't fix the issue me and other chosen few with first generation i7 processor were having. Now they fixed it and I purchased again . Traffic global now works. They only disappointment is that airports ,not exactly small, like LIML got no traffic.

Linate should have traffic. Are you using the default or an add-on version?

what do you mean ? I installed and use traffic global.
Is your version of the airport the X-Plane default or an add-on?
