I can't access my Just Flight account



  • I've been trying to access my Just Flight account for the last couple of days, but without success. When I click on "My Account" on the Just Flight Home page, the little "think about it" wheel just spins and spins. There's no login drop down. I've sometimes waited upwards of 5 minutes with nothing happening.

    It's may be that the site is just really busy with the current sale, in which case that's fine, I'll wait for the excitement to die down. But I thought I should check in case it's something on my end (sometimes Google Chrome can get antsy about accessing certain sites, although I've never had any problems with Just Flight in the past).

    Would you mind giving another browser a try just in case its some settings in Chrome?

  • Thanks for replying Simon. Yes, it's something to do with the Google Chrome settings on my PC. I could get in with Firefox.

    For some reason Chrome is blocking the "My Account" drop down login box. I tried cleaning out all Just Flight cookies, so Just Flight could put new ones in, but no luck there.

    I haven't been into my Just Flight account for a couple of months, since around Christmas, but I could login with Chrome back then.

    I like Chrome better than Firefox (just personal preference), so I'll keep searching around to see if I can find a fix, however, any suggestions are welcome.

  • Well, problem using Chrome kind of solved: if I click on the "Wishlist" button on the Just Flight homepage, the account login screen comes up, and I can log in to my Just Flight account through there. But if I click on the ``My Account` button anywhere on the just Flight site, nothing happens.

    The same thing happens on the Just Trains page as well.

    Just Flight-Just Trains is the only site this is happening to using Chrome. As said, no problem with the My Account button using Firefox.

    I did try clearing my Chrome cache, but that didn`t change anything.

    Oh well.
