User manual? Configuration settings?

Just installed and can't find any files or folder where i can customize anything. Not sure if it is even running. Any help would be, well helpful. :D

The manual is located at Start> All Programs> Justflight

Yes, well, not it is not. I have TG installed (into P3DV5). No manual listed.
