Not working since MACOS upgrade

My warrior isn't the same since I upgraded my os to Catalina. Firstly, I get an error message upon starting X plane. It claims that the plugin is not signed. Secondly, I now have a pilot between me and the dashboard. Thirdly, I have no sound, and lastly, I have no JF Control panel arrow for changing things.
Has anyone heard of solution to this?
