I know this is going to pop up sooner or later,but you guys at JF,can you tell us if there will be an updated version of the 146 for xp12?

It's been a long time since September and the official version of XP12 is already in use.
So can we get more concrete details on the fate of BAe146.
I am most interested in the question of whether there will be an update at all and whether it will be a free update???
I'd like to buy a BAe146 right now (using it with XP11 for a few weeks, then with XP12) so it would be foolish for me to buy it at the now usual (high) price if there wasn't going to be an upgrade for XP12.

As we have said, we will be aiming to update as much of our XP11 content as possible - including the 146 - and it will likely take the form of a free update to make something install and run in XP12 and then any enhancements and new features etc will probably be as a paid upgrade. No dates as yet, but now that the game is out of Early Access (?) the process can continue.

Happy New Year ;-)Can't help you there, I'm afraid. The 146 was very well reviewed for XP11 and, assuming one is running XP11, it is still a top quality title. However... you can buy top quality titles for FS95 if you know where to look, but running yesterday's sim today may not be everyone's cup of tea. All depends how wedded you are to XP12.

I'm still using XP11, but we all know that these are the final weeks/months when "everyone" will switch to XP12.PS maybe there are planned New Year's discounts, or other price discounts in the near future ... ;-)

Good point - limited user base will give us an excuse to hike up prices :-) Ferrari parts vs Beetle parts and all that.
