Hi, the MOD is beautiful .. but not being able to use custom liveries and those made by me is annoying. Is it possible that only the default liveries can be used? Or is there a way to make all the non-standard liveries work?

    Thank you

@bland I am not entirely sure why any additional liveries could not be used mainly because... The internals of the aircraft systems are only modyfied. by this, i mean.. This addon only modyfies the configuration of the aircraft systems, and or aircraft avionics etc, (I have not tried custom liveries yet by i will do this)...Is it possible the liveries made by yourself was configured in the JSON, or the CFG file was made prior to this release (say for the default 172)? I am not sure how or why the aircraft liveries would, or could be affected, let me know. regards

Liveries tend to include more files than needed. One file, the panel.cfg, along with information about what electronics are being used, also contains the info for the tail number. Liveries that are wanting to either change the color, or remove it altogether for painted on numbers, will contain a whole copy of this file, that is based off of the original version.

The problem comes from this as the panel.cfg for this plane is completely different and has additional lines that won't be in the one in a livery.

If you need assistance with editing a livery, please join us on the official WB-Sim discord https://discord.gg/GwGU3QDHHF where there is a "how to" on the subject and I can provide extra help if needed.
