Concorde update 1.01 CTD's

Installed the update and did 2 flights both ended up with a CTD. One during cruise and the other on approach. There was not even an entry in the event viewer for any reason.
This did not happen with the original version and does not happen with other aircraft so am not sure what it could be!
Is there a log file that can shed some light on this?
