DC Concorde installation issue with error message once it starts up on InstallShield

Your best bet would be to contact Just Flight support. They should be able to help with this kind of thing.

@derek i have already sent it out and it seems a bit slow to response from JF, little bit disappointed.

I have purchased F14 and F16 previously and there was no issue at all, smooth installation and no idea why the Concorde doesnt work

Or, MS FS2020 isn't an option to install to. THAT'S a problem!!
