HS748 Always starts engines on - FSX?

Hi Peeps can anyone tell me how to set up a cold start in the HS748?
Whenever I select the a/c it opens with the engines running and rolling forward? I can apply the brakes but they release as soon as I release the '.' key.
I can never get time to shut the engines down whilst in VC mode?
