Authentication Page Issues with F-16 Purchase

Is this happening to a lot of people?
I cannot seem to get the assistance I am seeking.
First things first-I logged into justflight with my username and password, which is saved. It's the same info I used for the F-14, and the Hawk.
I even logged out, logged in and manually input my info, and I successfully logged in. The website acknowledged I was signed in, acknowledged I paid them $35 for the F-16.
I am unable to get past the authentication screen where it ask me to manually enter my username and password. I get error code 401, user not authorized.
Again, I verified my username and password are correct, so can I get a solution to where I can be flying this plane hopefully sometime in the near future?

Have you contacted Just Flight support? They should be able to get you sorted.
