PA-28R-181 Flight Dynamics

I find the flight dynamics to be very sensitive. I am using the CH Products yoke and pedals and I calibrated both through XPlane 11.

On my take-off roll, at 60-65 knots I rotate, after a second of back pressure on the yoke, it seems to just spring off the runway.

I am in the process of learning the G1000, and all of its massive functionality I am not sure if it is contributing like an auto rotate… It just doesn’t feel like I am in control of the elevators when rotating.

I know XPlane has been criticized for too much sensitivity.

Am I doing something wrong?
