Edit approach procedure?

Hi, I recently compiled my own .bgl file to get traffic at Kai Tak and everything is working as it should, I only have troubles with the approach. As you know Kai Tak's approach was always very special and I would like to know if there is maybe a way to get the aircraft to fly the IGS13 approach instead of flying straight through the mountain. Hope there is a solution. Thanks.
