@Derek I just did this, I will wait for a return!
Thank you!TG cannot see your sim P3Dv3 install path, go into options and run the wizard again and when you get to the confirm simulator paths, click on the folder on the Prepar 3D Version, this will open the file structure on your PC you then need to point TG at your sim install.
PS you may have a Registry problem on your PC as TG often detects old FSX install paths. -
@Ray-Fry ok, that would be to indicate the path manually, and I've already done that, but when I get to the P3D v3 folder I don't know which file to point to, it asks me to choose something ".exe". I've done the reinstallation for hours and hours and without success.
When I find the simulator folder manually, which file should I select? -
@carddosommc
Maybe looking for this.

The path on your PC may be different depending on your install Drive location. -
@Ray-Fry thank you very much for the screenshot, it helped me a lot, looking at the photo I see I did it correctly. My simulator is installed in ( D : ) so it may not be able to locate it myself, but the strange thing is that if I do it manually and select this ".exe" file, the P3D still has the red X as pictured above.

How did you install TG in the default path C/ , and when you re-installed how do you remove TG you should re-run the installer and not manually remove TG.
P3Dv3 is the 32 bit sim the same as FSX and may install differently as i think in FSX it installs in the world scenery folder. -
The solution would probably be to uninstall and reinstall P3D, but understandably that's not something you would want to do.

@Derek really this could be a solution, but it would be something I really don't like.
Which is why I wrote: "understandably that's not something you would want to do."
Hopefully Support has managed to resolve the matter for you as best we can, via Simmarket. I suspect there may be a conflict with registry settings. This can occur if there has been an earlier install or if, for example, the computer had FSX installed on it before P3D.
