146 Observations and Bugs?

First of all congrats for your 146. Its the best replica for Flightsimulation I tried so far. Some of the details realy are amazing. I flew the RJ100 for a few years and although I cant remember everything I would like to share some thoughts with you. Maybe these are just differences between the 146 and the RJ.
- MWS Ground Mode
This Aircraft has a lot of Cautions and Warnings. To avoid these while starting up or shutting down the A/C the MWS has a Groundmode. You just have to Pull the Red MWS Test knob and silents prevail. (Except for Firewarnings etc. if I remember correctly) Implementing that would be great. - NIPS (Anti-Ice)
This A/C generates a good amount of "short term cautions" called NIPS (Not in position selected). These are short cautions you get when you manipulate a system the wrong way or just like that from time to time. For example, when switching on airframe anti-ice we always used tail-anti ice before outer wing anti ice. Otherwise you get an Anti-Ice NIPS and you dont want the aircraft to NIPS all the time cause its annoying. I have the feeling you tried to model this behaviour but to stay with my example, I get Cautions all the time regardless of Engine setting etc. when switching on Tail Anti-Ice for example. - Feed Tanks
During the last phase of flight I start to geht "L/R Feed Lo Level" cautions. Maybe thats how it is in the 146. In the RJ you never got these except you get in the Region of 1.2 tons remaining fuel plus "excessive" attitudes. Each feed tank holds about 270 kg of fuel so you get around 1.2 tons before they dont get supplied from the tanks anymore. In your 146 I get these messages around 2.5 or even more tons. Should it be that way? - Hydraulic Warnings
I get a lot of Hyd Cautions when using Flaps and Gear. Never observed that behaviour on the RJ. And I think the Green QTY is a little low by default? But not sure about that one. Might be just right. - Shutting down Engines with Overspeed Test
I dont know if that was possible on the 146 but on the last flight of the day we used to shut down the engines with the overspeed test on the overhead. To do that, you had to increase N1 slightly and when you press the button the N1 value was multiplied by 4 and when it reaches a certain limit (dont remember anymore but something above 100% N1) the engine shuts down. We used that to test the Eng Overspeed System everyday. Is that not possible due to the lack of FADEC on the 146 or just not implemented (yet) ;)
Thanks for your Product. Its realy fun
Cheers

yes, the pulled position of the button is not simulated, I've seen that also.
Very cool information for the rest. -
Hi Nataplun,
Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated.
The MWS GND mode isn't implemented at this time.
NIPS: The nuisance cautions were constantly tweaked during production and could possibly be tweaked again. It was a compromise between constant NIPS cautions, or a relatively happy system where the Valves operated normally. I'm current on both the 146 and RJ and I feel your pain with regards to the constant NIPS with a slow valve or low press etc.
Feed Tanks: I believe the Fuel system logic was refined in v1.06. Hopefully this has fixed the issue with the Feed Lo Level.
Hyd warnings: Are you referring to the Air Lo Press? If so, this is a limitation of the XP systems logic. A fix will hopefully present itself in due course.
ENG O/Speed: I don't believe this function is implemented. Yes, it's the same test on the 146 and RJ.
