How to amend the grey circle route created by flightsim planner

You mention making a few small teaks to the the great circle route created by the Flightsim planner for the flight from Heathrow to JFK.
Can you explain how to amend the route.
I don’t know if Simbrief has a profile for Concorde but is it possible to create a plan with Simbrief to use with the DC Concorde?

I have now found out how to amend the route in the P3D Flight Planner but could not work out how to amend a route in Simbrief
