PA28 Install issues

Hi All, I purchased tyhe PA 28 on Friday but cannot get it installed it just freezes at the beginning of the progress bar, anyone else come across this issue. Frustrating have tried sever downloads since Friday.
Not sure if it's the installer or something local. I have not had any other install issues and logs show nothing.
