    Hi,

it seems that there are some problems with the fuel management. I'm using P3Dv4.4. The gauge of the Forward Aux Tank shows zero fuel although all available tanks are filled using the fuel and payware screen of the sim.

Further I couldn't get the crossfeeding and filling to work as described in the manual. It should be possible to pump fuel from an alt tank to a main tank for example, but it just didn't work.

Anyway, there are so many switched they just move but without any function behind it (dummy switches).

The thrust reverser switch back to zero immediatly, there is no way to apply constant reverse thrust.

    Kind regards
    Eddie

I don't know why the pix are not displayed. There must be something wrong with your forum. It really bothers me, that the pix wont show up. I made the screenshots, uploaded to my space at googel drive to show you your product that doesn't work right and now your forum makes another problem. Unbelievable

If you click on the links in your post you will see the pics.

This does rather sound like one for Just Flight support unless any other forum users can throw any light on it?

The forum isn't wrong, the issue is that you are using links to a Google Drive web page rather than linking to an actual image file. The Google Drive image links you supplied take you to a web page where you can preview the file instead of returning the image file itself for the forum to display.

If you take a look at the edited post you can see the URLs you need to use when linking from Google Drive to have your images show up in the forum.

Alternatively, you can use the upload function in the editor to upload images directly to the forum.

To place the pictures I used the share function from google drive and the pic icon to place it here. But the pic thing is not the point. I am wondering why there are answers for that but the content is completly ignored.

This product DC-8 10-40 is advertised like "Just the Engineer’s station alone contains hundreds of realistically operating switches and dials..." or "Special programming code has been used to re-create the complex fuel storage and delivery systems for each engine - the authenticity is such that one can follow the procedures laid down in official flight manuals for setting up the fuel panels and levers for different situations and, of course, the correct start-up of engine 3, the first engine to be started." but it is just not working!

Plenty of the switches and dials in the cockpit has no function at all and/or are linked to other switches without any meaning.

So could someone of JustFlight please clearify the situation. Its not a minor bug if the delivered product is not the one you advertised.

If the product is just like that, I want my money back, since I expected that what you advertised.

@DaEddie As mentioned by Derek, this seems to be an issue for technical support to deal with - you should submit a support ticket at https://support.justflight.com/support/tickets/new with the details you've given above so our support team can investigate your issue and help you out.

As posted in the Announcements category, you can by all means ask questions in the forum for others to respond to but it is not the best nor fastest way to get support from Just Flight because it is not continuously monitored by support staff.

In regards to posting about the pictures, I offered that information as my job as Just Flight is to deal with the websites. I'm not part of the product team and would struggle to tell the difference between a DC-8 and a 747, so I wouldn't be much help for that part of your post :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize that there is another place for the support.
