Stupid Installer question

This is the first time in along time Ive installed a 3rd party program, usually for security reasons I try to not install things outside Steam, Epic or the Microsoft Store, as Ive had trouble in the past uninstalling things. This is just my paranoid, uneducated, over-thinking mind talking. Is there a way to find out what all the Just Flight installer installed and where? Did it install any things in my system folder? I see a Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime that was installed at the same time. Did the Just Flight installer install this? Can I uninstall it if so? Does Just Flight scan their installers for Malware or viruses etc. ?
Im really sorry about asking these questions most people just take for granted.
