FS Academy VFR Lessons Don't Seem to Work Right

Hi, I just bought the FS Academy VFR lessons for MSFS 2020 and they don't seem to work right.

The timing seems off and if something doesn't trigger when it's supposed to, you are stuck flying the mission forever without end with the voice telling you to keep altitude and speed but never going on to the next instructions.

And sometimes it will tell you to make a turn way too early or late to where you completely miss the airport.

Is there any way to fix this? If not, what is the Just Flight return policy? Because this is not working as intended.

I tried to file a support ticket, but the product does not seem to be listed.

We don't make FS Academy. Just Flight is just the retailer. FS Academy may be best placed to help. If not, contact Just Flight via their support system. If your game isn't listed in the pull down just leave it blank.
