Is it possible to exclude / delete unwanted Air carriers and prevent them to visit some airports?
I've seen some AI Planes who aren't there in reality.... For example : There is no bmi and Monarch Air at EDDF, as well as no Air New Zealand with a Boeing 737....

Yes, it is - details in the manual that's installed as part of Traffic Global.
