@tam210 I'm also eagerly awaiting the beautiful VC 10 but I'm affraid it isn't at the highest spot on JF's priority list currently. One day though...

Out of interest, what makes you say that? Have we made a statement to that effect? We have different teams that work on different projects. Currently, the VC-10 is in testing. How long that will take is anybody's guess, but as soon as it is ready we will aim to release it.

@Derek Well, it has been rather quiet on that front for some time now but it's good to know that you're already at the testing stage. I should learn to be more patient hehe

    It's the classic management paradox.

Is a good manager someone that writes a report to say what their team has been doing or someone that is too busy getting things done and working with their team to write reports?

The problem with testing is it doesn't make for particularly good or interesting reading but we are also aware that people are keen to see the title released. Rest assured we are working on this, the 747, A300, 146 for XP and various other things.

One last question, will this VC-10 be equivalent to the professional version for P3D or will it be more like the first version from 2017 in terms of sytem depth and content?

As it interests me, which studio is actually developing the VC10 for XP? Couldn’t have been Thranda, as they have been quite busy with the 146, right? Also hope some progress has been made in the last few months. This plane will be interesting to fly.

Well the cancellation is a huge pity. Thought it was fairly well along. Was really looking forward to it :(

@dipperdolphin You're disappointment is mirrored here at Just Flight.

We're really sorry it's come to this but we've done what we believe is the right thing. We did all we could to try and keep the project running and progressing but our attempts in the end were futile. Nobody would have thanked us had we allowed it to be released in it's current state and attempts to improve the project ended up failing unfortunately. It's fair to say I think you'd be far more disappointed if we'd pushed on and released it than you are right now. This has ended up being the lesser of the two evils. Apologies again.
