MSFS 2020 install help please...issues

Trying to install the darn AH2 program and Im having some real trouble. I have the steam version of MSFS 2020

The path from what I have read is the following:

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages

The pop up box from AH2 says I need to select the "packages directory" which contains the official and community folders. As you can see above I HAVE selected the packages and it does contain those two directories.

Am I missing something??
