these days, it might not be unrealistic to expect a £43 aircraft that does not operate in total silence.
I wonder if consideration might be given to adding some callouts, V speeds, gear, flaps, height,
that kind of thing?

Indeed, some calls by the Flight Enginner would be apprechiated.
At least the height on approach, V Speeds, etc. (maybe the same way you did it in the Tristar).
