Great News Three New Products in Development.

All I can is JF have a knack of rubbing costumers up the wrong way 4 months last year not a peep from JF then were told full steam ahead then suddenly you can hear a pin drop in the support forum from JF.
Just to add my opinion for what its worth if it goes final with the compilers and way TG works now it
s not going to make it, 45,000 flights you may as well put 80,000 flight plans in it will not make any difference, you will not see more traffic as it is impossible for the sim to load them hell will freeze over first. -
Hi Ray,
Here are a couple of my replies from the AVSIM forum which touch on this point:
The two products share their databases and aircraft models but are being developed by two entirely different teams. Traffic Global for FSX/P3D continues to be developed and regularly updated by its development team, including adding of new airlines and schedules (f you haven't already done so, I'd suggest visiting the early-access forum). Any issues with how FSX/P3D handles the traffic database (e.g. empty airports) will not automatically apply to the XP11 version. The product is currently focused on airline schedules but GA and military are being considered for future upgrades.
This is not an early-access product and is one of eight products that we currently have in development with a variety of separate teams.
We appreciate the feedback and as mentioned above our Traffic Global FSX/P3D dev team continue to work on the product with the intention of leaving early-access prior to completion of the XP11 version (and will continue to update you on progress in the forum). There's no overlap in those two teams so our work on the XP11 version has no impact on the FSX/P3D version, and issues with one won't translate to issues with the other as both simulators have their own technical challenges/limitations for us to tackle.
Thanks

Well at least you took the time to post in the AVsim forum, and what you have learned from us users will help you to do a better job in XP than FSX-P3Dv4, but as you know my issues with TG that I have reported over the last 6-8 months, I could rip into TG with some of my findings as a lot of users do not understand how TG works and why they are seeing very little traffic, they think they have 48,453 flights injected into the sim when they will be lucky if they have 20,000. And the airport data results again I don't think they are aware it exist and which sim the TG COMPILER is reading when compiling, for you with JF developers version may be different but in a test I put a default airport AFCAD in the TG scenery for my addon airport, and after compiling guess which AFCAD it was in the airport data not my addon. I have even tricked TG with this an airport that was giving unavailable parking error suddenly drop errors when I made a custom default AFCAD in the TG scenery folder, I purchased an addon in sale aerosoft EDDB but left my default AFCAD in the scenery folder that had parking spots added and returned no errors all plans loading, after running the sim the airport was fully loaded as there were less gates than my default, turned off my default in the scenery and it had errors after running the compiler.
Like I say you have work to do if you intend this to go final in a few months. -
Hi Ray,
We will always take the time to reply to feedback, good or bad. We are a small team but do our best to keep an eye out on the various forums/websites and respond ASAP to any questions or problems.
As above, FSX/P3D and XP11 are 'very different beasts' with entirely different AI traffic systems with their own sets of limitations and challenges. There is some common content between the two (e.g. AI aircraft models) but lessons learned from issues in FSX/P3D won't necessarily be faced in XP11 due to those significant differences between the platforms.
Rich will continue to address any issues/feedback in the early-access forum and there will be plenty more work as part of that early-access process in the coming months, independent of any work on the XP11 version.
Thanks
