Add on airports

Just wondering ...i have a few add on airports (UK2000/Freeware) for the South of England, how will these be effected by the VFR adjusted Airports? will it be easy to disable not needed airports and keeping the ones i have already ? i have made my own EGKB for example .

You can manage the airports using the scenery management tool. Worth downloading the demo and take a look at how it works.
