fspilotshop, Just Flight activations
-
I have DC-8 and Tristar, bought from Flightsim.com, fspilotshop. back in 2017.
These appear to be unobtainable.
I need the activation code, to reinstall after a HDD failure.
Will Just Flight supply these codes?

Their site is here:

Are you mixing them up with Flight Sim Store?

@Derek
Warning: Potential Security Risk AheadFirefox detected an issue and did not continue to www.fspilotshop.com. The web site is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time.
It’s likely the web site’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.
What can you do about it?
Your computer clock is set to 30/05/2019. Make sure your computer is set to the correct date, time, and time zone in your system settings, and then refresh www.fspilotshop.com.
If your clock is already set to the right time, the web site is likely misconfigured, and there is nothing you can do to resolve the issue. You can notify the web site’s administrator about the problem.
This is what you get from both sites, useing either Firefox or Google Chrome.

@AutoSetup Not sure what you mean by validated? If you want to get it working and you have bought a copy from a site other than ours you'll have been sent a keycode. You need to download the files from the original site and enter the key you were given when prompted. That will then activate the product via our server.

@Derek
If I can't log on to FSPS, I cant get a re-activation code. The site doesn't exist.Are you saying you can access it?
Which of the two sites, FS store or FSPS, were active on Flightsim, in the 2016/17 period. My memory doesn't stretch that far.

I get this.
Web sites prove their identity via certificates, which are valid for a set time period. The certificate for www.fspilotshop.com appears to be expired.Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

Do you not see this?I checked my Paypal from 2017.
4 transactions for FSPS, but also 2 from Just Flight, which means I must have an account with you, but it doesn't recognize my email.

@AutoSetup Your best bet would be to contact Just Flight support for your Just Flight products. We don't want to be going through personal details on a forum.
As for the security cert it is only 24hrs out of date and I can't see the problem. You just need to log in to the account and get your software. You won't need to pay them again.
-
@Rich Sounds like that has happened in the past and our support has sorted it out. Worth contacting them again.
seems bizarre to charge for re-downloading over time. Quantity/frequency might make more sense if you want to save bandwidth.

Re-downloads from JF are free, unlimited.
FSPS sell you the original link to access the JF site aircraft. This link has an expiry date.This link is then cut after a time period.
They then charge you $4.95 to re activate that link to JF to obtain another D/L.
So to update my 4 aicraft to the upgraded versions, (2017), would cost me $19.80, or stick with what I've got.

Not for the first time, I'm just left wondering why people don't just buy their stuff from us?
You get unlimited downloads for free forever, and we've been around and offering downloads longer than pretty much everyone else in the industry so I think you can buy with a certain amount of confidence. We also offer loyalty points so those purchases from us would not only not have cost you any extra money getting hold of updates, but they would have actually saved you a few quid along the way.:man_shrugging:
I've asked our support team to drop you a message and see if they can help you out.
