Duchess for Aerofly FS 2 questions

1. I can't find the option to start with a cold and dark cockpit. How can I get this done? I don't see a config tool or anything for it and I can't find an option for it in the sim itself. Positioning the plane on a white parking spot should to the trick (although it doesn't always work for me).

2. After installing the plane TrackIR doesn't work anymore in the sim (it still does in other games). Does this plane do something to the AFS2 core files? Had to to with IPACS beta channel... Opt out!

3. I was told there is a tutorial flight somewhere. I can't find it. Where is it?

4. Sometimes when I click on something I see a huge green circle... what's that?!
